The 7-Step Bootcamp

Welcome to the 7-Step Bootcamp! You're embarking on a journey from stress to success and from clutter to clarity.

This course is broken down into 7 sections. Each section consists of a 30-minute class, a weekly challenge with downloadable worksheets, and an instruction page about how to use the Interactive Dashboard for your Weekly Challenge. 

How to get the most out of this Bootcamp:   

  • Plan to do one section per week. This gives you enough time to invest in your Weekly Challenge without losing momentum. 
     
  • Schedule 30 minutes at the same time every week to watch the Bootcamp Class. This consistency will help strengthen your "habit muscles".

  • Block another 30-60 minutes in your weekly schedule to execute your Weekly Challenge.
